Love this vintage…

Hi everyone!  As you can see, I’m continuing this year with vintage lovelies on a Monday. Do you like this segment?  I hope so.  Do you hate it?  I hope not, and I’d love to hear what you think either way, so please do let me know in your comments.

How was your weekend?  Great I hope!  Mine was mega busy as a result of an accidental double-booking requiring me to be in 2 places at once that were 2 hours apart.  It really pays to use your diary properly at my house.  Ah, well.  Lets just say we did a lot of driving around yesterday, and lesson learned.  I had a good day anyway.

So for the first time in 2010, I’d like to tell you that I love this vintage teacup from here.  It’s sweet, and I think perhaps I’m going to keep a lookout at op shops and vintage markets for some nice ones like this from now on.

  1. Isn't that just the daintiest handle? Tea cups are such pretty little things. Collections of them are lovely looking as well. I think it's a great idea

  2. Love it! I collect tea cups just like this. A beautiful one was left to me by my grandma, and I couldn't have it sitting on the shelf all alone, so it now has 5 or 6 companions in my cupboard, great for a tea party! (all from op shops btw) I like your regular segments, keep it up if you are able.

  4. Very pretty. You are starting to make me regret not saying "yes" to all my Auntie Helen's Royal Albert ... oh well. I have some of my own.. Peach Rose, now no longer available.
